Meet Charlene!
A Coach Who Had an Epiphany of Her Own
Hello! I am Charlene, a leader in my family, in my work, and in the space of personal and professional development.
​
My ‘traditional’ training is in psychology, adult learning, and instructional design. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in educational psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
​
My ‘professional’ training is in project management, learning and organizational development, and business operations. I have led global teams delivering training on leadership, effective communication, career management, and goal setting. I’ve also designed and launched mentoring and high potential development programs as well as run strategic hiring initiatives for Sales organizations. I am a(n) ICF-certified Coach (ACC), certified Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt, ProSci Change Management Professional and Talent Management Certified Professional.

While I am proud of the work I have done to-date, where I find my passion and what I refer to as my ‘life’s’ training is in helping others to lead a life of abundance. I had a life changing epiphany when I found my calling as a coach, and as a result, I have committed myself to helping others have their epiphany moment as well.

The core belief behind my coaching is that we are all whole individuals, born with talents and the potential to express those talents. Sometimes all we need is the space, the tools, and the support to create the life we want to lead.
